Trends für 2011

Jedes Jahr wieder ist die Frage: Was kommt? Ich habe mal ein bisschen recherchiert was so angesagt wird. Ja, auch in der Mode gibt es Vorhersagen. Nicht nur im Wetter. Das steht ja im Moment auf Schneechaos, nur mal so nebenbei.
Each year the question is: What will come? I did some research what is in the forecast. Yes, there is a forecast for fashion, too. Not only for weather. Which is snow chaos in the moment. Just by the way.

Trend 1:                                                    Tutti Frutti

Im Modejahr ist jetzt schon Sommer, oder zumindest Frühling. Auf den Catwalks der Welt werden leicht bekleidete Models mit luftigen Kreationen gezeigt. Hoffentlich ist es schön warm da! Laut Modebarometer werden Früchte die Versuchung des Sommers. Von Zitrone bis Erdbeere ist alles erlaubt. Die Chefredakteurin der japanischen Vogue Anna dello Russo macht es in ihrem Blog vor. Ich finde es lustig und ein feiner Kirschenprint auf einem weißen Sommerkleid ist sogar tragbar.


In the fashion year it is already summer, or at least spring. On the world's catwalks they show models with light creations. Hopefully it is warm there! The forecast says that fruits will be the big thing next summer. From lemon to strawberry is everything allowed. The editor in chief of japan Vogue Anna dello Russo shows how to work this look in her blog. I think it is funny and a small cherry print on a white summer dress can be wearable. 

Trend 2:                                                     Leoprint

Zeitweise als ordinär und unschön verschrien kehrt das schöne Tier in unseren Kleiderschrank zurück. Natürlich nur als Muster. Es wirkt nicht im geringsten billig sondern edel und mondän. Zara hat in seiner Abendcollection ein wunderbares Kleid. Allerdings muss es finde ich aussehen wie das echte Fell eines Leoparden. Also weder Leoflecken auf pinkem Grund noch graue Flecken auf schwarzem Grund. Das ist dann schnell doch billig. Wer nur kleine Akzente mag kann es ja mal mit einer dunklen Leostrumpfhose probieren. Die gibt es zum Beispiel von Wolford.

There were times when leoprint was known as cheap and vulgar. But now this beautiful animal returns to our closet. Of yours only as motif. It is not vulgar at all but precious and sophisticated. Zara has a beautiful dress in their evening collection. But in my opinion it has to look like the fur of a real leopard. So no leo spots on pink ground or grey spots on black ground. This can really look cheap. When you only want to set a small accent try some leo tights. For example from Wolford.

Trend 3:                               Glitzer- und Metallicfarben für die Nägel

Endlich verschwinden die seltsamen Schlammfarben. Ich konnte mich nie besonders für sie erwärmen und bin so froh über eine Trendwende. Aber Metallic und Glitzer...Kann schön sein, muss man aber sehr vorsichtig mit umgehen. Mein persönlicher Nageltrend sind Folien (mit denen geht auch Leomuster :D) und diese Crackel-Farbe oder wie das heißt. Da trägt man erst einen normalen Lack auf und darüber dann einen Lack der bricht und somit ein tolles Muster bringt. Hab ich beides aber noch nicht ausprobiert.

Glitter and metallic colours for your nails. Finally the strange mud colours leave. I never really liked them so I am happy of this new trend. But metallic and glitter...Hard to pull off. My personal trend are foils (you can even create leo nails with it :D) and crackling nail polishes. You first apply a normal polish and then add a special crackling one. This leads to great effects. But I didn't try either of them yet.

Trend 4:                                                         Shorts

Mag ich schon länger. Gerne auch im Winter mit Stiefeln und einer dicken Strumpfhose. Im Sommer sind sie ultimativ praktisch, weil sie Beinfreiheit und die Sicherheit, dass dir niemand unter den Rock guckt geben. Ich liebe meine Shorts aus weichem Stoff mit tropischem Print und Tunnelzug. Für den Strand perfekt und mit einem coolen Top und Flip Flops auch für jeden heißen Sommertag. 


I like them a long time more than just from now on. Even in winter with boots and tights. In summer they are the ultimo of practical because they leave your legs on the air but no one can look under your skirt. I love my soft shorts with tropical print. For beach they are perfect and with a cool top and flip flops wearable on each hot day in the city.

Trend 5:                                                               Transparenz

In kleinen Dosen eingesetzt wirklich toll. Ich hab schon ein Teil und zwar dieses Kleid, dass ich euch vor einiger Zeit vorgestellt habe. Ein Weg ganz geschickt etwas Haut zu zeigen.

In small doses great. I have a piece with transparence in it. I showed it here. Great way to show some skin in a sophisticated way.

So das reicht jetzt erstmal. Mal sehen was sich davon so bewahrheitet.
